Food Consultancy

Wales Millennium Centre is Wales’ number one visitor attraction and one of the UK’s top ten cultural attractions.

We received a commission to work with the Centre to develop its food offer and identified suitable Welsh products and suppliers to gain its recognition as a True Taste partner. We achieved this through arranging a series of Meet the Producer events and advising on a marketing and promotion strategy. The successful outcome resulted in the Centre sourcing over 80% of its supply of food from Welsh companies, many of which are located within a 50 mile radius of Cardiff.
