Menu Development
Billed as the Oscars of the Welsh food industry, the True Taste Awards is the highlight of the year for many food and drink producers in Wales. Food and drink is the focus of the evening for the 500 discerning guests! We worked closely with the appointed caterers, advising and developing a creative and balanced menu showcasing the best Wales has to offer. On the menu were delicious dishes such as Puffin leek and potato veloute with Black Mountains smoked haddock and quails eggs, Brecon venison loin marinated in Condessa Sloe gin and stacked meringues with caramelised apples, toasted walnuts and whisky cream.
