Nerys Howell’s second bilingual book

Welsh Food by Season

A bilingual book full of delicious recipes which promote the best of Welsh ingredients created by food expert Nerys Howell. Nerys is a familiar face on S4C’s popular magazine programme Prynhawn Da and at food festivals and events across Wales and further afield. After returning to Wales twenty years ago, Nerys realised that as a nation we were not the best at promoting our fantastic produce. The starting point for the recipes in this book, with professional photographs by Phil Boorman, was the best seasonal food which can be bought locally.
